Outside professionals and consultants are retained as
needed for functions such as research and feasibility
studies, land planning, architectural design, and marketing
services. A strong base of reliable, quality oriented
trade contractors are used to perform onsite construction
activities. A comprehensive list of affiliate organizations
follows. Under the direction of our Project Manager,
we monitor the entire construction process. Quality
control is achieved through daily observation, a system
of checklists, and in some cases enhanced by third-party
inspection consultants. EAI personnel utilize construction
management software for estimating, scheduling, and
cost control. All financial functions are located at
the corporate office.

The EAI team has and is continually developing written
standard procedures that address client contracts, change
orders, pre-delivery walkthrough inspections, response
time, warranty issues, etc. Other programs that our
company has developed include Quality Assurance, Project
Feasibility, Renewable Resources Application, Company
and Project Safety Plan, Waste Management and Recycling
Programs. Through its varied experience and commitment
to quality, EAI provides a complete range of services
from coordinating architects, engineers, and other design
professionals, to obtaining municipal approvals and
to buildout of the project.
