Estrella Associates, Inc. (EAI) is a professional land development and construction company with deep roots and ties to the Paso Robles area. Our goal is to develop and build residential and light commercial projects at competitive prices with the highest possible quality standards. We strive to provide a product that is accepted by the community and is affordable to the target market.

EAI believes that its goals and the ensuing profitability can be achieved by implementing certain basic company philosophies:

-Cultivate a strong cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship with the entire EAI team: Consultants, Customers, Employees, Investors, Lenders, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.

- Maintain efficient and effective overhead and minimize liability by utilizing a base of dependable, quality oriented subcontractors for all phases of construction operations.

- Continually implement, monitor and review our quality assurance program. Third party inspections ensure compliance and implementation of SB 800 “Fix-It” guidelines.

- Maintain strong financial and operational procedures and controls to ensure projects are timely and completed within budgets.
