Estrella Associates,
Inc. (EAI) is currently immersed in the development
of the River Oaks Master Planned Community, which is
located in Paso Robles, California. The project fronts
on Buena Vista Drive, just north of Highway 46 East.
River Oaks is a 200-acre master planned development
comprised of seven (7) residential neighborhoods with
recreational, educational, and commercial opportunities.
The 7 residential neighborhoods will total 481 homes.
Also included are various amenities such as:
- a six-hole “player development” golf course
- a restaurant
- a neighborhood
commercial center
- a K-5 elementary school
- several
miles of walking trails
EAI recently remodeled the old “Talk Shop”
building on 12th Street. The project called for complete
renovation of electrical, plumbing, some framing, and
adding new offices to the original building.
